EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL!!! The people who work here will genuinely take care of you! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I felt like a valued customer. There was no wait when I walked in. I asked about the different tints they offered there. I didn't just get a quick answer. They explained everything in FULL detail, they didn't try and up-sale or recommend the highest priced tint available. He actually talked to me on a personal level about the different tints they have available, showed me displays from books, showed me the counter top display that has the heated light inside along with the different types of tints and how the sun penetrates through so you have a feel for your comfort level. He personally showed me photos of his own vehicles with the tints he used to give me better ideas on my choice. I DID NOT feel pressured to buy anything that I didn't want or like. I am really thankful for the assistance that was giving to me and the patience while I made a decision. I arrived close to closing time not thinking I would be able to have my windows tinted that day. Really just went in to see my options, but after talking to them and seeing how much they valued their customers it was extremely easy to make a decision to choose this company! I was a walk in with no appointment scheduled. I asked if I could schedule an appointment to get my windows tinted, he told me that they were booked out until next week, but if I wanted them done today he could get me in. I chose that day and they were not upset even though they closed in 45 minutes. The guys stayed after hours to complete my vehicle. It was not a rushed sloppy job because they wanted to be off work, they stayed and done a professional job in a few hours. After everything was completed they took their time explaining aftercare, let me check out my vehicle to make sure I was satisfied. I paid and got my receipt with my warranty. This business is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me if you are looking for PROFESSIONAL QUALITY work done by caring employees!!! The establishment also offers other great services. In the lobby they also include free water, magazines, TV, and more while you are waiting. Even if you have kids with you they have toys available for them while you wait. Very family friendly! Very happy with the tint job I had done, they worked me in an hour after calling and had it done in less than 2 hours. Great recommendation, very honest, and great pricing. Can't even see the edge of the tint on glass and lifetime warranty w/ almost half the price as ziebart. Only place I'll go from now on!!

I have an appointment today at 12 noon. I’m here and no one is here. Doors are locked. I keep calling the phone and no one answers. I text the number, no one responds. I rearranged my whole schedule for this appointment. I also live about 50 minutes away. This is very rude and unprofessional. I’ll update… if I get a response or call back. I ended up going to King Tint down the street! Very professional, great customer service, clean and got me right in. McKenzie in the front desk was so sweet and considerate.
