Got me in same day. Diagnosed my Speaker issue and took care of my replacements in under an hour. Nice selection of products and brands. Will definitely be back for my sub upgrade soon.

THEY ARE GREAT!!! recently had a not so good experience at another business and I called a couple places and this place stood out. They were very patient with the little knowledge I had about my car and they were very polite and professional. They scheduled me right in. They had me done within an hour!!!! I was worried it wasn’t going to be very cost friendly but the service was actually very reasonable and no where near as bad as i thought. They explained the process to me and what they did so I had more of an understanding. I would recommend this place to friends and family. They will definitely be seeing me again with my car essentials. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Brought my car in last spring or summer to have a sub with built in amp (Rockford Fosgate P300 12") wired up. Thought everything was good, until we noticed my lights acting up, so I took it back and was told there was no reason my lights should be affected by the wiring. Fast forward a few months and my car starts running like dog sh...after 3 different mechanics, it was discovered that something was wired wrong with the sub. Clearly I didn't know wiring well enough, which is why I paid a "professional" to do the job. Most of my lights have now been shorted out because of this issue, not to mention it was frying the cpu and caused the turbo to quit running properly. Had to replace that and will be purchasing new lights as well, but this was all cause from the installation job done here. With new parts and unhooking the power to the sub, my car runs good again but lights are still shot. I know accidents happen, but when such an easy job is done wrong and costs way more than I ever had invested in the system in the first place, I am rather upset and will rightfully leave a fitting review. Prices seemed a little high too, which I didn't complain about much until I realized I have to disconnect my sub and spend hundreds on new parts, with more to come. Update: Hopefully, in the future, this business can speak to customers like this incredible response. With, of course, the exception of making statements you clearly know nothing about. Not one mechanic had to replace any unnecessary parts. Everything that has gone wrong with the vehicle is from YOUR faulty wiring. And I did take it back up there, which was a busy day, but was told that there was nothing done incorrectly and lights "should have never been affected" by this job I over paid for. Yeah, after I was told that there was no way it was caused by Audio Master, it ran fine, with the exception of lights going haywire in the following weeks, followed by a turbo failing because the bad wiring was shorting out more electrical than just lights. It's ok, to point the blame elsewhere, but that doesn't make you look any better. You've got my 2 cents on how I think and feel about this mess and I can assure you, I will never return to your business and also will be sure to pass this along to anyone thinking this is a wise place to waste money. ✌️
