A1 Tinting & Detailing

I called them at the last minute due to a different shop telling me I had to wait until tomorrow and that super bummed me out! However, after I called A1 Tinting and Detailing, he got me in immediately and on top of that it took him less than 1 hour! Super great price (Nobody can beat that for sure!) So today I was given a blessing from the other shop telling me I had to wait and was blessed with A1Tintijg and Detailing! He’s SPECTACULAR ! Thought shit was cool until further inspection called to see about a fix dude told me when i picked it up he would fix anything that may be wrong free of charge i called to discuss the issue he told me to send pictures of the problem so i did never got back with me on it so i went back out after i found the corner tear on my windshield mind u shit was still fresh coulnt really see any imperfections due to it being dark out by time i got home well i went out today and noticed scratches and creases in more than one window along with the tear on the winshield if they cant bother getting back wkth me on a solution im not even gonna bother going back waste of 300 dollars if you ask me ill take he L no problem but its gonna cost me 600 just to fix evertthing elsewhere the tint shouldnt have that many defects on more thsn 1 window after fresh installment now minor to none may be expected but all my windows have visible scratches and creases its almost like they dont properly store the shit from getting scratched or tore up idk but im highly dissapointed eapcially with he lack of customer service and a call back for a solution almost like they dont give a damn that or they knew the shit was like that and thought i woulnt notice and not be bothered its iight though cuz im not gonna bother going back i went to them based on the high rating but im not happy with thr way my band new csr turned out youd think theyd try to do better with it being brand new versus some beater someone brought in idk but i dont reccomend this place until someon takes some customer relations classes and they do a better job monitoring and storing their materials thst or if it happened during the application thy need to pay more attentiom to detail and clean up poor performance in my book yea he said free fix but im to the point i dont even want em touchin my shit again truthfully so ill eat the 300 i spent on some poor quality shit yea it looks good from a distance until u actually get in the car and see all the scratches u can clearly see it on he outside on one of them and the scratches on the inside

I had another tint shop call and say they couldn’t do it till a later date. And found this place couldn’t have been any better. Quick easy and looks amazing. Would 100% reccomend
