We just had our second vehicle protected by Polishworks, and once again, Drew and his team exceeded all expectations. This time, it was for our first ever factory matte paint vehicle. A finish that requires special care and attention. We had so many questions about how to maintain and protect it, and Drew took the time to educate us about its care and protection, patiently answering all our questions. After reviewing several options, we decided on a full vehicle wrap to protect the factory matte finish. In addition to ceramic coating and window tinting. He also addressed and corrected imperfections in the paint—issues that even brand-new vehicles often have—before applying the paint protection film. The results were absolutely flawless. After saving for a number of years, I was finally able to acquire a vehicle I had been dreaming of owning. I knew right away that I wanted to have some form of paint protection applied and began the process of researching local businesses. Drew kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even sent pictures of paint corrections they were performing (my car was originally purchased in Canada, so it took somewhat of a beating with the harsh weather conditions). I was completely blown away when I picked up my car! Drew and his team meticulously brought my cars paint back to life, restoring it to what I consider to be better than new with the PPF and the ceramic coating applied. I imagine plenty of places would have been happy to just do a quick polish, slap some low grade products on, and take my money. As a car enthusiast, friends and family know how much pride I take in maintaining a great looking car. We also drive our cars so not only do we want them to look great, but we want them to be protected from the elements. A few years ago, I ordered a new BMW and we picked it up at their manufacturing plant in SC. I covered the front of the car with painters’ tape, and we drove it back home to Indiana. Once I delivered the new car to the team at Polishworks, Drew personally kept me updated throughout the process including any imperfections found in a brand-new car and how they addressed them (yes, new cars need paint prep too). His team puts in the extra work mile to ensure that once the PPF and/or ceramic coating is ready to go down that the paint is as good as it can be. He will also work with you to customize a solution based on your needs and budget. 3 years later our X3 looks like new, and I just had my second vehicle done with Drew, both with the Ultimate New Car Protection Packages. Both times I picked up the car from Polishworks, I was shocked at how much better the vehicle looked than before and to me. If you take the time to care for the vehicle afterwards, you will be rewarded for years with the same results that his team put all that time and effort into perfecting for you. They are not a turn and burn shop, the owner is hands on and does much of the work himself. Ask questions but rest assured, you couldn’t be making a better choice on the people or materials going into maintaining your new or used car for years to come.
