We decided to go with them to fix our patio door glass. In order to book with them you need to pay half of the amount, we were told it would get done in 2 weeks, as that was the turn around time for our glass. We called them at a month out of not hearing anything and they told us, “sorry we dropped the ball and got busy.” I didnt appreciate that, as we put half down so it felt as though we werent as important as their other clients! Our glass got put in, and it does look good. They definitely need to do better when it comes to handling business. Our glass came in right at 2 weeks so why we got pushed off is beyond me, and had we not called them who knows if we would have even heard from them.

They were able to get our new windshield ordered & installed in less than a week. They did a nice job putting it in & the price was lower than their competition too! We will go back, in the future, if needed.
