Took my van here for a broken window on the rear hatch. The hatch worked perfectly fine when dropped off. Immediately upon picking up my vehicle the read hatch latch did not work properly. I got the latch replaced and asked for them to pay the deductible to which their response was “we don’t think we are responsible”. It is quite a coincidence that of the thousands of times the door has been opened it magically broke when they were in possession of it. Will never return! Update: The dash light was only on AFTER you took possession not before. Also we were “notified” of that after my wife came back in to the shop to ask why the rear gate wouldn’t work. Additionally. I highly doubt that using a bent wiper mechanism had more affect on the operation of my hatch than the glass company who needed to disassemble things. Furthermore, there was no documentation provided because I was told “we will look into it” and then the next phone call was “it’s not our problem”.
They did an excellent job with a shower wall and door for us. They carefully measured the first time. Then the installation went very smooth. We really like our new glass enclosed shower.
