I do not appreciate Ben lying on me. Anytime the owner wants a copy of my text messages directly from Ben that his employee Jessica provided me his direct personal cell phone prior to calling can be made available. In fact, when I first spoke to Ben on the phone a couple of weeks prior, he stated to not give this business a bad review until he rectify the problem. However, he never got back in touch with me or sent anyone out to see for themselves that the window is NOT textured. In addition to this, all text conversations were during the early afternoon NOT late at night. There was never any threats or profanity used at any time. We are far from a charity case. Your business just want money and will not honor coming back to fix your employees mess. All people have to do is call the business and see that no one is never there unless you request a quote for a service. You will be exposed you as a LIAR. I am still waiting on someone to come to my house to verify the texture of my glass on my front door.
