They have a new name now, starts with an S, but it’s in the same location in Machesney park Illinois, and you can still search it by expert electronics. When you call the number it’ll tell you the name. Bought another used car, no remote start was in...

Do not trust this company!! The owner John is just really bad and unprofessional. I’ve installed a power inverter at his shop to power up battery charger, the installation was nothing short of rookie work. My car almost exploded as the wires started to burn before and after the fuse. These guys are bad news! Add the extra cost and go somewhere else or risk your life! Owner refuse to cooperate on the phone and hang up on me trying to blame the inverter company because his techs are not licensed electricians and have no idea what Ohm Law is to calculate amp/voltage/power. Stay away or risk your life and exploding your car!!

Had a intoxalock installed there, have had it towed back there 3 times, do to it not letting my car start, they told me everything is fine and they couldn’t find anything wrong. The second time I had it taken there they couldn’t be bothered to call and tell me it was done I had to call them and when I did they told me “oh yah it’s been done for a week just wait for you to pick it up”. Acted like it was my fault I didn’t magically know they finished looking at it. I will definitely not be going back there to have them to anything to my car again.
