Ramon and the guys at the shop are always accommodating. They were able to fit me in on a tight schedule today to surprise my wife for our anniversary, and the work is always above expectation. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Ramon of Elite Auto Sound. I had an unfortunate mishap with my 2022 Hyundai Sante Fe Shark fin antenna. Truth be told, I backed out of my garage with the door still opening, and I damaged the Shark Fin beyond repair. Lessons learned: pay more attention and don't go to a Dealer to get it replaced for triple the cost, if not more. I asked myself, what kind of business efficiently takes off inside panels and headliners? Answer: businesses that install audio equipment. I'm sure glad I found the Team at Elite Audio Sound. I purchased the Shark Fin online for 1/3 of the dealer's ripped-off cost; then Elite replaced the antenna in less than two hours—another reason to support small businesses that won't rip a consumer off. Elite Auto also installs window tinting and audio systems...........AND Shark Fin Antenna. Thank you, Ramon for fixing my vehicle. I'm a first-time satisfied customer....Give them a try

ELITE AUDIO are the real deal. Super down to earth, laidback and professional. They always keep me up to date and poor things are even keeping their cool while having to deal with the headache of a ongoing possible payment issue with Scam artist dealership owner Lee of Boise Motorz who sold me a peice of junk focus st that is now at Elite Audio for repairs. It’s sad Lee calls Roman the owner of elite audio his friend because Roman is super cool and friendly but Lee made up some lies about what Roman was supposedly saying about me ( a customer ) when I brought my car over to Elite audio. Long story short 5 stars to this awesome shop and their awesome crew at Elite Audio. 1 star to the Scam owner Lee of Boise Motorz for saying false things about Roman and I hope he gets all the karma for selling people junk cars and lieing a lot.
