I purposely waited two months to write this review to see how everything turned out and I’m happy to say it’s all as perfect as the day it was installed. I knew I was in good hands after I asked my 50th question about tint percents, ceramic coating, and PPF and Sheldon was still responding despite it being 10 pm, 8 am, lunchtime, and happy hour. Sheldon’s customer service impeccable, he’s responsive at all hours on Yelp messages and is knowledgeable about his craft. Ultimately I went with Infinite for the customer service and because his shop did tint/PPF/ceramics. If you want all of these things, there aren’t many places that do it. I drive a Kia EV9 and I was a bit skeptical of all the shops because the car is in its first year and therefore nobody would have any experience. Sheldon knew this and recognized it and asked to keep the car longer than he normally would to make sure everything looked perfect. I think many shops would just try to get cars in and out without that kind of care. Also, the day I showed up to pick up my car , Sheldon said he had re done the tint on two of my windows because it wasn’t to his liking, no prompting at all from me, which showed me his level of precision and perfection. I will mention two other things, not to air dirt, but to try and show that Sheldon has great customer service: - I found a tear on the interior of the frunk. I inquired with Sheldon and he said he would look into it and talk about it with his team. Instead of just saying it wasn’t there, it was my fault, etc, he actually took the time to hear the concern. Ultimately we concluded it was likely there prior to delivering the services and not caused by them. - We also did our Nissan Leaf at the same time. A few days after we got the vehicle back we noticed small bubbles on two windows. He immediately scheduled us to have them redone with no questions asked. These things happen and it’s great that they stand by their work. I was impressed by Infinite’s services and have already recommended them to friends. I have no doubt I’ll being my future needs to Sheldon as well.

Excellent, professional, expeditious service and quality of installation. Sheldon and his staff was very affable and knowledgeable in the various tinting application. Infinite Auto Svcs also offers a plethora of exterior and interior applications for your vehicle to make it perform and look the best it can be.
