Needed a few windows tinted and had been putting it off for years. Finally bit the bullet and call Coastal, got a quote within a day and they were ready to install the next day (was not a big job). We are happy with the results and the team was fast and efficient. The price was reasonable, not cheap but we are comforted by the warranty. However, they did not do a good job of not tracking in dirt into the house and the areas where they worked on the windows in some tight spots were scuffed up a bit. We were able to clean it up okay, but they could have taken a little more care inside the home with their ladders and interaction with floors and walls.
Bill showed up on time and eager to get the job done. He was both professional and personable. He took a real interest in the job and was eager to answer all my questions. I was comfortable trusting his expertise and following his advice with much confidence. I look forward to working with him again on my next project this spring!
