Artistic Tint & Detail

Went to have my windows tinted on my new car here because of the reviews. Spencer assured me that the tint is of the best quality and he guaranteed me a "lifetime warranty". Fast forward two years, there were bubbles all over on the windshield. Getting a hold of him was next to impossible. I called and left a message, multiple times. It wasn't until I called from my work phone that he responded. Took over two weeks to get in to have him look at the windshield. He was late, I waited over 40 minutes for him. Then asked me to come back in a month. When I called the day before, multiple times and texted, no response until I called from my co-worker's phone where I finally got a response, and he rescheduled. Finally got in, waited almost 4 hours to have the tint taken off and put back on and was *assured* it was done well. There are scratches and bubbled where he did not do a great job this second time. Once again, cannot get a hold of him. Long story short, please please please save your time and frustrations and go somewhere with professionalism that will actually do a decent job and stand by their work. I would have rather spend a little more money somewhere and know the people are reliable than this. (Attached pictures are from after the second time of tinting. When I mentioned it to him he told me it needed to settle and it will smooth out in a day or two.. it has been over a week. Some areas of bubbles difficult to photograph due to glare.)

Work quality was worth the wait. My car looks great and the tint dropped my cabins temperature by 14 degrees when it sits in the sun. Darker is better.

The team at Artistic Tint & Detail are fantastic. They came through on very quick notice and were able to professionally detail, tint, and repair some curb rash very quickly. The results were immaculate. Highly recommend this place!
