Total Appearance

I went to Total Appearance last week to have window tint put on my daughters’s car. The job was impeccable and they got it done within a couple hours. A week later, my daughter had some friends in the car and the tint got scratched. I called Total Appearance and talked to Billy and told him we got a scratch and that it was our fault. He was gracious enough to replace the tint on that window for FREE!! I really appreciate them doing that for us, and it shows that they are all about keeping customers happy. I’d highly recommend this business for your car accessory needs. Great company, great customer service, and great quality work!!

I recently hired Total Appearance to install flooring in my new Ford Transit. The total cost was $2,200. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. The installation was poorly done, with noticeable flaws and issues. Even worse, they scratched the inside of my brand-new vehicle during the process. I expected professional service for the price I paid, but the quality of work and carelessness shown was unacceptable. I cannot recommend Total Appearance based on my experience.

I received the absolute BEST service with Jerome!! I had new and bigger tires put on my new 2024 Black Diamond Bronco and also got a subwoofer added to get more base with my car stereo. WOWWWW is all I can say!!!! 😍😍 Not only did Jerome provide excellent customer service and a timely return of my truck, he really did a phenomenal job with how it looks now versus when I first brought it in!!! My truck is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!! If you need modifications to your car or truck, please call and speak with Jerome ASAP!!!! Don’t go anywhere else but Total Appearance in Lawrenceville!!!
