Tint World does not take responsibility or accountability when they make mistakes. Morgan is very nice and professional. The installer there made a mistake upon wiring my vehicle for Intoxalock. My car would not start after this, I had 0 issues with my car starting ever. I had to have it towed and then pay Tint World to fix the wiring they made a mistake on in the first place. I am out $300 total plus my time. I took my car to BMW who advised their was nothing wrong either my battery, starter, ignition or alternator. Tint World told Intoxalock that was the issue and it was the installer that made the mistake with the wiring and corrected it when I towed it back to them. I DEFINITELY do not recommend this business, it is a money grab for even small amounts. I will inform everyone I know in Gainesville and surrounding areas that I work in about their business practices. Absolutely not right.
We used Tint World a few times over the last month. They have great focus on the quality of their work, fair pricing and did an awesome job overall. After we left I had a call from a technician (Brian) who alerted me to a small chip in the interior door panel that was caused in the process. That is not ideal of course but accidents happen. I was very impressed with how it was managed and resolved. I will definitely use them for any future tinting, wrapping or audio needs...you should too!
