The FIRST time I went for my appointment, I was left in the car waiting. The place wasn’t even open and then other people pulled up so they went first , I guess. The communication wasn’t good. A guy finally came to my car to ask me if I was there to get my windows tinted. Then he let me know that he was going to quickly fix someone else’s window (who clearly didn’t have an appointment). Now with all that, the guy was very nice. It was raining when I left so I couldn’t really see my car. However, when I got home in the garage , I realized he did a horrible job!! There were bubbles, specs of hair, film was not cut or sized properly, etc. Even in the inside he did not clean the film well so my back window was smudged. A few days later, I called the owner, Chris, and let him know what happened. I even sent pictures, and he agreed that the work was horrible. He apologized and offered to fix it (I mean they are supposed to have a guarantee). So the SECOND time I drove almost 1 hour to the shop for the owner to do it himself. He was friendly and answered all my questions. It looked better, however in about a week I noticed the bubbles that weren’t going away in several areas. I called him and left a message asking for half my money back because I didn’t feel I should have to keep driving all that way and still have undesirable outcomes. I wouldn’t have mind going back but the drive was long and after work plus waiting for them to remove and apply the tint takes long. I just felt after the 2nd screw up, I deserved at least 1/2 my money back. I called, texted, sent pics, DM on IG. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. So I ended up going to Tint House in Marietta although they cost more than ClearView. However they did my previous car and I was extremely satisfied. Of course because I needed removal and application again, it was more. I ended up spending 2x as much as I paid Clearview Tinting but I have no issues with this tint . IF YOU WANT GREAT QUALITY SERVICE AND TINT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
HORRIBLE business and customer service. I got my tint done here a year ago and my back window started bubbling after a couple months. Have tried for the past 2 weeks to reach out and get fixed, the OWNER is a very unprofessional person that should not be running a business. He never reaches out or communicates. I was having to constantly message to get a quote. Even set an appointment and showed up with no ideal where the shop was. No sign or anything then finally messaged me back with a lol saying where it was. Been trying for 2 weeks to get a quote on my Calipers and replacement. Was only ever told to just show up. Never given a price when he post SO CALLED deals daily on instagram. Was finally contacted and told him I am not showing up without a final price and then was told well some people are just too lazy to read I have the prices on my website. In the website it says to CONTACT for window replacement prices and free replacement for past jobs! Will never recommend this place again.
