Tint World

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Horrible customer service, craftsmanship, product quality, accountability, and lack of customer satisfaction. In the photo evidence you will see the lack of craftsmanship, and product quality. I tried to work with the local Tint World but after 3 failed attempts of trying to get good quality product/workmanship I gave up and requested a refund. I did not feel comfortable with the franchise touching my vehicle any longer after so many failed attempts to get it right. They even suggested installing a lesser quality product to suffice my expectations, even after I requested and paid for the “best” top of line product. Tint World didn’t even suggest they would honor a refund of the price difference of going to a lesser product. The tint was only installed at the time for no more than 6 months and I had to return 3 times for corrections. Tint World tried to place the blame on the customer by saying the product was on “display” and I should have seen the quality and if it would be ideal for my expectations. From the naked eye and the sample being so small you cannot tell the color of the tint, only the shade being lighter or darker. My only request when I walked into Tint World was I wanted the tint to “MATCH” the factory window tint already on my Durango and wanted the best quality. At that time Tint World should have explained the blue hue in the top quality film I requested too want. Nothing was explained to me and Tint World just installed the product without any explanation, just happy to sell a high dollar product. As you can see in the attached evidence the tint color does not “MATCH” at all. The blue hue color on the tint makes it look horrible next to the back windows which is not Aesthetically eye pleasing. Tint World website states that the hue color will dissipate, however it has yet to ease up and has only become an eye sore. After 2 other corrections in 6 months you can still see bubbles in the tint which I should not see failing tint within 6 months. The driver side window has “shotgun” bubbles which is very noticeable. The two front windows and windshield had so many small bubbles but would not show up on the camera photo so I could only provide the bigger ones. I wanted Tint World to remove the tint and refund me because of the numerous returns, poor quality, and poor craftsmanship. The franchise refused to honor my request because they wanted to redo the tint a 3rd time and apply a lesser quality film just to make it MATCH in color. I ate the cost of having another establishment remove the tint and install a much better tint job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

AVOID. They do a very poor job tinting. There is dust and particles all stuck in the tint. You’re better off going to a reputable place and avoiding the commercial franchise like this. The cost at the other places is actually the same or cheaper and you get much better quality film and installation so no reason to go here.
