Last minute as always I needed to get my wife’s car windows tinted for Valentine’s Day. I called Super Dave’s to see if they could fit me in the schedule, Shelby told me they were booked solid, but after I told her what I was trying to do she fit me in an already busy schedule. I showed up for my 11am appointment and they got the car right in and it didn’t take any time at all to get it done. Excellent work, super friendly, lots of chocolate in a basket on the counter to eat too. Thank you Shelby, you’re the best and have a way with people. You’ll go far in life, keep that super sweet attitude you have. Thank you, Mark
Super Dave did my first 2 vehicles since I moved to N. Fla. I immediately called to make an appointment even before taking delivery of my new truck. That is how much confidence I have in their service and quality! I couldn't be happier! Never had any issues with my last 2 vehicles over the past 14 years. No bubbles, peeling, or fading. If this is not my last vehicle, I will be back again!
I can’t speak to the quality of their work because I didn’t get that far, but I have a lot to say about their appointment process and car reception. I had made an appointment weeks in advance and brought my Tesla Model Y in on time. At the front desk, the receptionist greeted me politely, confirmed my information, and verified the product to be installed. However, things quickly went downhill when she asked me for my Tesla key card. I explained that I didn’t have the card with me but was happy to leave my phone in the car, which functions as the key. She checked with the manager, who refused to proceed without the physical key card. She suggested I go home to get it, but doing so would mean the car wouldn’t be done in the promised one-hour timeframe—it would take the entire afternoon. Ultimately, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If they had mentioned during the booking process that a physical key card was required, I would have brought it. One of the perks of a Tesla is that your phone serves as your key, so I don’t typically carry the card. Still, I would have complied if informed. The manager’s lack of flexibility to work with my phone and the poor communication about their key card policy made this a frustrating experience.
