I've been having issues of unprofessionalism every time I go to this shop for interlock service last week was my last and final payment for lifesafer interlock to get the device uninstalled the service technician Mary instructed me to make 200.00 dollar's payment via cash app to her dad another technician for the uninstallment I found that odd and shady I was right they pocketed the money and never paid life safer I have a balance of 193 that I still owe them because they stole the money and didn't pay the interlock company the would've never happened at Quick start mechanix the other interlock agent on Springhill Rd Tallahassee they are way more professional I'm usually in and out of there in ten minutes with receipt of payment and no issues after I can't say the same for audio experience a few times I waited over two hrs just for a ten minute recallibration don't go to audio experience if need interlock installed or serviced they are thieves stole my money and won't pay the interlock company they are crooks that's my opinion until they pay lifesafer the money I paid them last week Thursday beware of audio experience go to quick start mechanix instead at least you won't get robbed

I first came to Audio Experience in 2019 to get a sound system done in my Escalade. Since then, every car I get that I need something done sound wise, I always go here. The prices are by far the best in town and Peter is possibly the most genuine and nicest person I have ever met. His employees are also some of the nicest people you will ever meet too. Peter will go to great lengths to make sure you are happy. He has been great to me and has treated me like family ever since I started coming here five years ago. It is an honor to call him a friend. So please, anything you need done sound wise, come here. You will not regret it.
