Angelo and Mary were great. Installation technicians were professional and courteous. And our “hot room” was two degrees cooler IMMEDIATELY. Saves the day…. Don’t wait! This will pay for itself. 3M matches the warranty for your windows and we were worried about that so we delayed getting the heat control with the Prestige 50…. Honestly, I wish we hadn’t waited, that’s the only downside. Thank you NBI!

Amazing product, amazing customer service. I've been forced to literally block off every window since this heat wave, and felt like I was living in a cave. Now I can let the light in without the heat and damage. Plus the added piece of mind with the 8mm security film is an incredible bonus. Angelo is a true professional, as well as Mary and Amber. I'm beyond pleased with the product, the look, and the results! Life changer, for real. My only regret is that I didn't do this ten years ago.
