Window-Kote of St Petersburg

I specifically wanted the window tint in the back to match the front. That was the whole point of getting it tinted. They do not match as you can see. When asked for a resolution they said they are unable due to legality, but there are many reviews on here with a lighter interior and darker tints, so I don’t think that makes any sense. Positives: Price was ok for ceramic $300 for the front windows. Location was clean. Other staff were friendly. Job was done same day. Quality looks good and comes with warranty. They just didn’t do what I asked tint wise, and if it was something they couldn’t accommodate then they could have simply said no we cannot do it so I could’ve went somewhere else. Communication is key 🔑
