M.R. Tint

About a year ago I purchased a newer generation Mustang. I went online and virtually everyone I spoke to locally was recommending Mr Tint (Michael). Because of my crazy work schedule I decided to try another guy my friend recommended. The other gentleman was incredibly nice and told me if I wasn’t happy in any way to bring the car back and he would make it right. I ended up having to take him up on the offer due to contamination and other issues with the back window. Long story short the window was actually worse the second time. I made a video of the defects and sent it to Michael and he went over and above to help me in a time of need. I had to pull the partially cured tint off to avoid ruining my defrosters and left Michael with a mess of a job. Michael answered my calls while eating dinner with his family, moved around his schedule, meticulously cleaned up the disaster, and properly installed the tint. Knowing everything that I went through and the money already spent out of pocket Michael blessed me with a Christmas pay it forward and ate the cost.
