My first impression was very professional and clean. They had so many beautifully wrapped and tinted cars around the building; it was hard to miss the workmanship. When I walked in, I was greeted right away by a true professional. She was expecting me; I had an appointment, she greeted me by name and began talking about my expectations. She walked me to several vehicles inside their building to show different examples of what I was looking for to ensure I knew exactly what I was requesting. We agreed on a tint color for my newly purchased vehicle, and I waited to see the outcome. When my vehicle was complete, I was escorted to inspect it and determine if I was satisfied. I was absolutely stunned! It looked like a completely different car. At this point, they showed me the different options for wrapping my car to help preserve and protect the paint. It was a thorough presentation, and I appreciated the knowledge I gained from the experience. I recommend Tinterz to anyone and will as I get comments on my vehicle, and I plan to come back for the wrap. Thank you for the experience! If you are looking for a reputable, professional tint company, look no further. From start to finish this company has been nothing but professional and accommodating. I brought in my Tesla M3 and tinted all glass including rear tail lights. They were knowledgeable and helpful in learning what tint options to choose and why. I didn’t feel pressure to choose anything except what I liked. They showed me examples of the tint options and how they looked on various vehicles, then installed and walked me through to ensure everything was to my liking. Within a day of completing the appointment, I noticed a small bubbling at the bottom of my windshield. Without hesitation they invited me back to fix it. They ended up replacing my windshield and drivers side tint due to it not meeting their standards. In their defense, the weather was not favorable for the “setting” period on the tint. I could not be happier with my experience and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Sometimes, it’s not how a business acts under favorable circumstances, rather how the business acts when things do not go according to plan that truly shows you who you’re dealing with.
