Tint World

My experience & expectations we're met & then some. I spoke with Javier over the phone & explained my situation. He asked if I had a little time to come by the shop so he could assess the problem visually. He didn't even approach the car completely and already seen the problem. Even though it was not his fault he apologized for the inconvenience right away and he said if I have the time he can take care of the problem right away...& he did just that, he had his best guys redo my front tints on my truck & it took about an hour give or take. & I got to give credit when credit is due, between his costumer service & the speed to solve an issue I would recommend him & tint world for your one stop for all your automotive needs.

Two days ago I took my 2024 Mercedes-Benz C-Class 300 to have my windows tinted at tint world. I called and spoke with Javier the manager and explain to him on the phone what I wanted. Then we set up an appointment. When I got to tint world there he greeted me with a handshake and a nice friendly smile and said good afternoon to me using my first name. He took me inside and showed me a car that his technician was working on and he told me that this is what my car would look like after it was done. He was very professional and he told me that the tinted windows that I wanted would be dark in the front and in the back and he would make sure that it would be illegal so that the police would not pull me over and give me a ticket. I got the package which was the most expensive because I believe in quality of the film that was describe with the benefits of everything the most expensive package had to offer compared to the other cheaper packages. I also got my front windshield tinted with the same quality of film but obviously not as dark to reduce the harmful rays of the sun coming into the front windshield. Javier told me it would take about 2 hours so I waited in the lobby area while my car was getting worked on. Javier even asked me what type I wanted to listen to a while I was waiting I chose Bob Marley. After the two hours my car was completed and he told me it's time to see a brand new Mercedes. When I went to see my car I couldn't believe my eyes my car was transformed into a slick amazing beautiful car that looks like exactly what I wanted it to look like. I was extremely happy and pleased with the way it came out. !!! Javier the manager of tint world and his team of professionals I would highly recommend everyone who is reading this to have their cars tinted at this location. He will tell you and recommend based upon the price that you are paying and the kind of tint and how dark you want your car to look like he will recommend the best for your price and give you his honest opinion when it comes to the law and having the police not to pull you over and yet giving you the best quality tents for your price that you are paying tent that you would like without getting pulled over by the police. I definitely will give five stars and five diamonds to this company with a group of professional technicians who know their jobs perfectly and a manager that is true and honest to what he tells you at this tint world location !!!!! I'm completely satisfied with the service/prices at Tint World. The manager Javier provided me with an honest and detailed guidance on the different types of films available, helping me choose the best option for my needs. The location is neat and has a comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend getting your windows tinted with them!
