I took my vehicle to Echo Sound Alarm and Tinting Inc., and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The team was extremely professional and knowledgeable, explaining all the available options and helping me choose the best solution for my car. The job was done perfectly, with no bubbles or imperfections, and it has significantly improved my car’s look and comfort. I will definitely return for future upgrades to my vehicle. Highly recommended!

BECAREFUL! Depending what kind of vehicle you have do not have any installation or any modification done to your car as they are not trained for newer model vehicles!!!!! Horrible place, my aunt went here with high hopes to have her LED lights installed to her Truck. Sadly the same day the lights were installed, a check engine light lit up on her car and had to go to a dealer to have it back to factory setting. Because of their faulty wiring lead to electrical issues. These people are will tell you that they will fix it, DON'T! My aunt spoke to their installer and the owner, and went in good terms to ask for reimbursement of the MEDIOCRE job they did to my aunt's truck and still got a no because they do not issue a refund. DO NOT COME HERE TO INSTALL OR DO ANY TYPE OF MODIFICATION TO YOUR NEW VEHICLES! MAKE SURE YOU TO A TRUSTWORTHY SHOP WHERE YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF! In response to the Owner: The equipment that was brought to your "shop" had nothing to do with the vehicle. Your installers touched the ABS system and have proof with pictures what your shop did to the vehicle. If the decision was made to go to another place to fix it was because is a relatively new vehicle, hybrid and not looking to have a short circuit. So excuse us for not having any trust to your supposedly "trained" mechanics. The shop did not provide any warranty, only by word of mouth, nothing was signed with your shop so don't come and tell me that is voided . My aunt did call your shop and you guys did not answer the same day the engine light lit up, went the next day and your installer chose to clean his hands in regards to any reimbursement or take any action and to speak to you, the Owner. So yes it is frustrating to have nothing resolved, given your shop " opportunity" to handle this in reasonable terms and no reimbursement as my aunt relies in her vehicle for work.

I highly recommend this shop for all your window tinting needs! The owners were very professional, friendly and detailed explaining the different shades and warranties of the tints. They did a fantastic job on my SUV. The tints look great and were installed with precision. They installed 20% on the 2 front windows and 30% on all the back windows. Overall, a 5-star experience and I will definitely be returning for any future tinting needs.
