Their attention to detail is unmatched, especially from Master Chin, the installer, who does exceptional work. Master Chin not only installed my system flawlessly but also took the time to calibrate the audio system to perfection. I’m very satisfied with my new Kicker system. The quality and professionalism of their work speak for themselves. It’s hard to find anyone local who can match their expertise, and I’ll definitely be returning for future upgrades. Everything is explained explained to you from Jon, and if you aren't exactly sure what he is saying, he is more than happy to explain it until you fully understand. The work that they do is fully explained and they give you visual updates via text or email during the process of the installation. Master-Chin ran all of my cabling perfectly and installed everything beautifully. I honestly can say that I don't think you will ever find a better deal and quality all in one.
