This was a great experience from start to finish. I messaged on a Sunday and questioned were answered very quickly. Something I thought I'd wait until next business day. I was sent links to pick out what I wanted and to schedule my appointment. All very simple. Arriving I was greeted and he went into explaining my choices. He even upgraded my choice at no extra charge. I am very happy with the end results! Thank you, my car looks great!

Experience was great overall he took into consideration everything I may want want and was very knowledgeable. Overall process was extremely quick and looked perfect very happy with the outcome and highly recommended to anyone looking for quality tint installed.

I had the Llumar Ceramic tint film installed on my 2015 Chrysler 200 at Serrano’s Auto Tint, and it has been an absolute nightmare. The installer improperly applied the film, leaving multiple windows partially uncovered and visible debris trapped between the film and the glass. To make matters worse, I’ve experienced bubbling, scratches, and a persistent haze that significantly obstructs my visibility while driving, making it both unsafe and unacceptable. Pictures don’t show all flaws. Hard to take pictures with reflection. Also make warranty has been voided due to his negligence. I paid $891 for this installation and drove 3 hours to have the work done. When I brought these issues to his/the owner attention, he refused to take proper responsibility. Instead of offering a real solution, he expected me to drive another 3 hours back to his shop to fix the problem and only offered gas money for my trouble. Despite advertising mobile services, he flat-out refused to come to me to correct his mistakes. I eventually had to pay $375 out of pocket to have the defective tint film removed elsewhere, and I am still fighting this business for a refund. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from Serrano’s Auto Tint. —A deeply dissatisfied customer.
