I had an excellent experience with HI DEF Window Tints LLC when getting the two front windows of my Tesla Model Y tinted. They used a 20% ceramic tint to perfectly match the back windows, and the precision of their cuts was impeccable—seamless and clean. The entire process was impressively fast, showcasing their efficiency without compromising quality. It’s clear they have extensive experience working on Teslas, which gave me confidence in their expertise. Their customer service was straightforward and professional, making the whole experience hassle-free. On top of that, their pricing was fair, offering great value for the quality of work provided. If you’re thinking about getting your tint done here I highly recommend you go somewhere else. One of the main reason I picked this place was for the lifetime warranty of the tint. I was excited, had my first car tinted but within 2 years the tint was peeling and bubbling. I called trying to schedule to get it redone under the warranty. When I got there instantly they said they couldn’t warranty it and said I would have to pay again because they put tint over tint. I specifically asked for them to remove the dealership tint and glue to prep for the new tint. I show them the recent and they continue to say the price doesn’t reflect what was done. Told the guy they were supposed to remove the tint and it’s not my fault they didn’t do their job correctly and charge accordingly, I then go on to ask if we could work something out so we both leave happy trying to be reasonable. Guy continue just saying the price to replace it all which is way more than what I originally paid. So I ask for the managers number and call him up real quick, explain everything I just did above and here’s his response. “Whatever the guy says the price is that’s what it is.” I go on saying that I referred this place to around 5 people now who’ve already got it done and I literally had another friend coming in soon to get his done. I ask if there’s really nothing you can do or any kind of break you can give me. He just says “no it is what it is that’s the price”. Never before have I dealt with a place like this.These people lie and don’t truly care about their customers, only the money. Do yourself a favor, go literally anywhere else and save yourself the trouble of this place. And just to be clear this is the shop at 1715 Business Center Lane
