I got my car done today and I am very pleased with the work done. Car looks great. Nicole was a true sweet heart working with me in the front. These people are good professionals. They were fast also. A+

Do not trust this place. Lifetime warranty is a joke. I took both of my original receipts into them for warranty work today. 2 of their people came out a looked at my car, both verified it needed to be replaced. Went back in, they looked up my appointments in their old scheduling books, and verified my appointments. Information on percentage tint was not listed on either appointment. That is something they do, not me as a customer. Their employees did not complete the info in book. The receipts were on thermal paper which had faded over the tears, Handwriting had faded on receipts over years. For the reason that not enough info was written in their schedule book, receipts had faded they refused to do warranty work claiming Llumar would deny their claim for payment. Shame on Beverly Hills for making any and all excuses to deny warranty work. Do not trust their lifetime warranty claims.

We just had both of our cars tinted today. Every person we came into contact with, Nicole at the front desk, and all of the technicians, were friendly and welcoming to our big family. We are repeat customers and left today with another reminder of why we continue to go here! Thank you for your professionalism and kindness.
