Auto Tint Pros

I went to Auto Tint to install a dash camera and received a quote for $200. The technician attempted to install the camera, but after about five hours (with most of that time spent with the vehicle parked and not being worked on), they claimed the camera was faulty and couldn't be installed. I still had to pay for the service despite not getting the job done. I returned the camera, got a new one, and went to another shop. The new shop identified a bad wire in just 15 minutes and successfully installed the camera. I also contacted the owner to provide feedback, and he transferred me to the same technician who couldn’t install the camera. I explained again that the issue wasn’t with the camera, but he still couldn’t find the problem. In my opinion, Auto Tint charging me for their lack of knowledge and failure to solve the issue is unfair.

I agreed fo the $169 quote and mentioned that I had to be at work at 5pm. He said job would take 2 hours and that the car would be ready. This was at 11am. He told me he would call me back for a time to bring car, but never did. Now it is going on 4pm and still no call.... ? They just lost out on business and more to follow. I will have to go to the competition. Very unprofessional. Today, 3/4/2019.
