Joe did several rooms of window tinting and here is just one room. See photo. His work is professional and his prices are fair. Highly recommend Solar Glass Pros.
This company seemed very professional when they came out to give us a quote for our door… which is why we hired Joe/ SolarGlassPro. However, things took a turn on day of service when we told him that his cuts weren’t straight as he wanted to make a design . Due to his cuts not being straight, we asked him to cover the entire windows which seemed to annoy him. He cover all the windows just as we asked but then we noticed bubbles … his response was that with time and Sun they will dissolve and will become smooth. It’s been about 2 weeks and they are still present. We also noticed, a hair with the tent meaning he didn’t clean the glass correctly. We then asked him if we could pay with credit and he said NO! Cash only. This job was 300$ by the way. Once he left , my husband tried calling him and his phone was giving the disconnected sound . Mind you this is the number we’ve been using from the start to the last moment he was in our house . He was able to send us an invoice with his phone via email once the he was “done” . So In disbelief that his phone would be disconnected, we called him from my phone and boom he answered. Long story short , he blocked my husbands number the moment he walked out the door. How unprofessional, especially when you’re selling that the tent has warranty! If your blocking customers that want things done right , how can we get the warranty! All in all be ware because Joe seems very professional in the beginning but ends up being very unprofessional!
