Drive-In Autosound & Window Tint

I had a lot of work done here. Tint, remote start, wireless CarPlay stereo, dash cam, and back up cam. I had taken a couple vehicles to Car Toys in the past and they managed to mess up everything I had done. In comparison, Drive-In Autosound has been amazing. They genuinely care about customer service and will go above and beyond to insure you’re happy with their work. After my remote start install, my car wasn’t making a beep sound when I locked it. This was probably an existing problem with my car’s wiring, but they fixed it anyway and didn’t charge me. They also offer a military discount. I 100% recommend these guys and I’ll be back for anything else I need.

I feel as though I was SAVED by the team here! I had window deflectors that were installed improperly and I was so worried that my window on my brand new 2024 vehicle was not going to work properly and had no idea how I was going to get them off! I called them and Tyler was so so so welcoming on the phone and even more caring in person! They got me in the SAME day and when I got there I actually changed my mind and asked if they could try to just fix the previous poor installation job. Chris the installer made it his mission to make sure that I didn’t have to go through the hassle to return this item or live with my mistakes! He fixed the deflectors and my window works like it’s still brand new (which it is!) I’m beyond thankful for this team. Even if they wouldn’t have been able to service me, their kindness was enough to last me a lifetime! They don’t know how much their help relieved me from worry and stress! All at such a more than fair price! So amazing!

NEW June 21, 2023 Let's get one thing straight, and that is that this is the best and most professional place for installation of anything electronic or custom manufactured for your vehicle. I had a set of fog/daylight driving lights installed at this awesome shop - the staff treated me like family and the installer was spot on with getting the lights positioned correctly and at the height necessary to achieve what I wanted. 5 Thumbs Up again for the exceptional customer service and installation. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sales Rep Robert assisted me in deciding on a window tint and explained all the pros and cons regarding my new 2017 Tundra, and made perfect recommendations, and got me scheduled fast and furious. He also helped me decide on the best looking, most efficient window visors. Awesome product too. The morning of my window tint appointment, the installer, James, took time to introduce himself, explain what he was doing, and answered all my dumb questions about windshield brows too. These guys at Drive-In Auto in Motor City really do walk on water and eat fire in my book on excellent customer service. Don't bother to go anywhere else! This is is the Real Thing! I had a car alarm system installed and was done at a very reasonable price and with care and attention to detail. This company knows how to do installs! And we got to see a classic 1948 Chrysler Town and Country Woody sedan while there! A real treat.
