KRB Tints has always been open for business. (More than 30 years) I see there are 2 negative reviews on here and that is when the owner had hired someone to work to schedule appointments but she was fired after finding out how she treated customer's....
Didnt even get service done but new to the Yuma area called and asked if they were hiring and the woman said we have been in business for 30 yrs and your calling about a job.... Uh yeah how else do you find a job!! Then she proceeded to ask you know how to tint well yeah i wouldnt have called for a job if i didnt know how... And to top it all off she pointed me in the direction of another company bad mouthing them and before she hung up the phone she snickered and said welcome to yuma from indiana.... Very unprofessional and rude and again i didnt even go there!!!
They missed our 2nd appointment. Never showed up for the first either. A lady called me and started screaming and cursing at me due to a miscommunication between KRB and Safelite. Extremely unprofessional and very rude.
