Had my car tinted here a week ago and they did an amazing job. There was a bit of an issue that I was initially pretty upset about (I jumped the gun rather than talking to someone first) but the owner assured me they we would get it taken care of. He was extremely prompt replying to my emails and getting me set up for the fix. I should have known based on all the 5 star reviews. Not only did they fix the issue but they gave my car a full interior and exterior detail and did a phenomenal job. My car looks like it just drove off the lot again! These guys provide absolutely TOP TIER customer service. We’re all human, mistakes can happen. It’s how a business handles things when they inevitably go wrong that truly sets them apart. Rest assured, Hyer and his team will always do the right thing and go above and beyond to set things right should you ever have something go wrong. Thank you for the outstanding experience guys, you have a customer for life. When it’s time for another detail, I’ll absolutely be back.
