The team at 48 detailing did an excellent job. I have worked with them twice and each time they exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend if you are looking for top notch quality and even better customer service!
Updated Review (5/5): On Tuesday morning, Zaia texted me to remedy the issues with the Lexus IS300 (as below). We talked on the phone and immediately scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 08:30AM. I was happy to get this situation fixed right away rather than waiting a week or two. At the appointment, Zaia and I looked over the car and he went over the lining, air pockets, and not edged areas. Zaia told me that he would do his best to line it up properly, and that he would re-do my passenger side film and my front bumper film. Overall, this service was phenomenal, reliable and always open to communicate with their customers. 48 Detailing fixed the panels on my passenger side and front bumper. It was done within the same day. The panels and film are clean and lined up perfectly. Their prices are competitive and worthwhile especially with how 48 Detailing communicates with their customers and tries to resolve any issues as soon as possible. To also make it up, Zaia offered his 48 Detailing spray which is a rinseless wash that I cannot wait to try. Zaia also gave me microfiber towels too. The current photos below is the finished result with everything fixed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Old Review (2/5): Great service, but not worth the price of the PPF especially since the PPF isn’t wrapped around the edges. My car is still exposed to rock chips because the PPF is not fully installed on my car. There are exposed portions of my car where I had the PPF installed. I wanted to wait until the vehicle “cured” before I made any complaints regarding the PPF. My vehicle cured on August 28, 2024. I had PPF full front installed on my Lexus IS300 and I was initially ecstatic about the end result. However, there were imperfections on the car from improper installation of the PPF. Some of the imperfections are: inconsistent cut marks, dirt stains on the PPF, PPF already lifted, and certain areas were not wrapped around the edges. Since the edges aren’t wrapped, my car is still exposed to rock chips on certain areas of my car. I contacted 48detailing today, but they are closed from today to Tuesday (Monday is a holiday). I will update the review after I communicate with 48detailing. Added pictures after hand washing car for the first time with the recommended materials.
Zaia and his team did a ceramic maintenance package on my Jag F Type. It looks and feels better and brighter than after the original ceramic coating was done a year and a half ago. Well done, 48 Detailing!
