Tint World

My review of tint world here in Scottsdale is one that is mixed at first. Very welcoming staff and very professional. Asked me exactly what I wanted on my car, and scheduled and gave me a price over the phone. Very streamlined and very easy. I bring the car in on a Saturday and they do the work no issues. I get a call saying my car is ready and after looking at the great job they did on the tint, I see my brand new carbon front lip absolutely DESTROYED. No it was not broken prior to when I brought the car to the shop. I look at the damage to find the lip had been ran up onto a curb and snapped in 3 different places. I walk into the shop fuming as I had just put this lip on not even a week prior. To my surprise the owner was prepared and profusely apologized about the damage. To my surprise he even had the same lip already pulled up from the website I purchased it from and already bought me a new one! Not only was there no hassle on them buying me a new lip, but they also comped my window tint. I did not expect this kind of customer service at all. In the past I have been shafted by several companies but not this one, and on top of it the window tint turned out great! It takes a lot for an owner or company to not only admit they did wrong, but then to also make sure the customer still has a relationship with them by going above and beyond to make it right! This location just from that will always have my business, thank you for making my car look great guys and thank you for taking care of me customer service wise. The great work aside, I will always recommend you to everyone just for that!

What an amazing location! I visited for their grand opening. They offer way more than just tint. They have car sound systems, alarms, detailing, ceramic coating, and a lot more. They have cool displays. The interior including where they work on the vehicles is spotless, perfectly sparkling clean. You could eat off the floor. The owner, Greg, and his two sons work the shop, and they have a few other staff as well. Jay the detailer is really meticulous. Overall it is an amazing shop with very high quality products and services. I highly recommend this shop. Good luck on your business Greg!

The best in the business! Greg and his entire team here are genuinely great people. My old Buick had a really bad paint job with swirl marks galore and a minimal layer of paint to work with. You can see in the last picture how bad it was. The final product blew me away. It looks 100 times better. I truthfully would not have imagined it could look so good given where it started. These guys do everything, so don’t think it’s just tint. I hardly give reviews but when you experience grade A customer service nowadays it’s a rarity. Look no further than here for an abundance of options for your vehicle. Thank you guys! I’ll be seeing you soon when I bring in my other vehicles.
