They didn’t deserve even one star. This location is there worst. Went through today, and the bad experience started with the ticket writer. Apparently I interrupted his cigarette break. Normally, I’m not overly sensitive to smells, but the overwhelmingly strong odor of cigarettes was repulsive. I proceeded through to get the full service wash. They were not busy at all. Certainly not over worked or rushed. But they spent all of about two minutes finishing my vehicle. When they indicated they were done, I saw water still dripping down the body. I pointed out some water spots on the rear of the vehicle. The employee said they won’t come out and said I’d have to have it buffed out. I asked for a towel and wiped it down myself. All the water spots disappeared. He basically told me they don’t get paid enough to do that. The manager was nowhere to be found. I will not be returning to this location nor will I recommend this location. I frequent other locations (20th St/Highland, Happy Valley East of the 17, and Bell Rd west of the 101) and they all do great work and take pride in their job. Not sure why the north Scottsdale location is so bad, but I have to assume it falls on the management of that location. They simply don’t care. Very bad for the brand.

I went to the Hayden/Raintree Jacksons to take advantage of a 50% off oil change. The guys in the service area went over and above! Free tire rotation and suggested Transmission fluid change, which I did because it needed it. I was especially impressed with Bryce, in Windshield division. I had a serious Crack and he helped me schedule, through my insurance, to get it fixed. He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you! E. Smith

A great job was done by this company in my brand new window tint! I highly recommend this shop location if you are looking to have your auto windows tinted!
