I was shocked at how very unprofessional and retaliatory the owners behavior. Been going here for years, I couldn’t believe how service has drastically changed. The appointmenet was made about 3 weeks in advance. I brought the car in the AM. I checked in at 1pm still not done. I got a call it was too hard for him to do. He had to call a relative to come help to do the back window probably by 2p I would get a call.I was told to come at 5p to wait. Next it would be done by 6p. Finally, we got a call about 6:45p that it was done. I explained it wasn’t right my day was rearrange due to all the delays. He got defensive saying it was my problem. He raised his voice, trying to intimidate me. I told him I would send someone else to get the car cause at this point I wasn’t feeling well, I would not be returning, no more referrals would be given, and there was nothing else to discuss. I told him goodbye and disconnected. To retailiate, he removed all the tint in 1 min and text me to let me know sarcastically with a thank you for the opportunity. In his fury, the car was damaged with scratches on the car and windows, dents, glue, and damage to the material around the windows. When my daughter went to pick it up, in remorse, he said sorry how it turned out. However, all this could have been avoided if he had not acted so unprofessional and without self control removing the tint in anger. See photos of proof. After losing my son in death last year, I learned to speak up for myself. Before I would have just dealth with it quietly, but I hope others know its your right not to be bullied by business owners or anyone. My daughter worked so hard to save to get this work done on her first car. He behaved so indecently. She is so heartbroken her car is damaged. Its not even been a couple of weeks she had it. It took time to save and get her dream car. There was no reason you needed to rip all the tint off, just cause I said I wouldnt return in the future, and expressed the inability to complete the job timely disrupted our day. The car was there over 9 hours. I hope you dont have someone treat your kids dreams like this one day too. Sir may you learn to just treat people how you want to be treated. I dont know what your so upset about. Your alive and wasting it with spewing your anger. My son among many other lost their lives. Be more appreciative of other humans respecting their time and life as well. You said your having a baby. I hope you learn more patience. My daughter cried all night after getting back her car damaged. After losing her brother, this was a special accomplishment. In her heart, it was just another thing taken from her.
