Made In The Shade Window Tinting

Found this company via Groupon 7 years ago when I moved to Arizona, needing to tint my car window. Needless to say they did an amazing job on my Subaru. The tinted windows on my Subaru still look awesome after all these years, never have any issues on it, no bubbles no nothing. Now I upgraded myself into Tesla this year, of course I am going back to the same place where it all started. Service is great and price is reasonable. Definitely recommend to check this place out.

Had my car recently tinted and i am so happy with the results. The woman inside showed us different slides under the light gave us different options and prices but not one time did I feel pressured to go with the more expensive option. Thank you to the guys in back for your hard work. One happy customer. Definitely referring friends and family!

DON’T SHOP HERE!! LESLIE IS DISHONEST & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Today is Tuesday September 17, 2024 (9am), I just talked to Leslie, wow if this phone call could have been recorded and aired on social media, what seems to be an elegant and respectful representation of Made in the Shade, she is very hostile and bitter towards any comments on one’s experience after receiving tint service from her business establishment, she refuses to allow one to speak, she will talk over you and not allow you to explain your concern, refuses to address your concerns, rather she instead attempts to convince you that you are fabricating a story because of her successful 20-something year’s in business that you are wrong and should be fortunate to have them Install their tint in your vehicle. Both Leslie & KC seem to be super kind and very knowledgeable in the window timing film business which I acknowledge, but only until after you purchase window tint on your vehicles and then you experience there true selves… just over three weeks ago, I had (3) of my vehicles (on August 26, 2024) tinted and though the tint was at least installed correct, the odor left behind was and still is present and unbearable like a old wet mildewed towel, I explained the day of install and prior to driving away I had KC walk my vehicles and I explained my concern of this mildew smell and she claimed it would dry up and clear away, of which I questioned, but naturally I gave them the benefit of doubt, but days later the same milder odor was present and I called KV to again voice my concern and KV asked that I speak with Leslie and as I did, she became super agitated and was irritated that I even brought this to her attention as if I am now wasting her valuable and precious time, she said “what do you want me to do?”, I said I want the odor removed as if it never existed just like before I brought me vehicles in for service, though she was very unhappy that I even dare to ask to have my vehicles brought in for them to wipe down each door panel while they used there super efficient ozone machine, and still after this service the odor still remains. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, MISLEADING, DISGUSTING, DISHONEST UNWORTHY BUSINESS PRACTICES! Leslie claims she personally wiped down my door panels and yet the door panels still show water marks running down my door panels and the mildewed stagnant water odor still is present in all (3) of my vehicles, and Leslie claims that it is only because there older vehicles and because I use armor all on the interior and the Joy Soap they use reacted in such a way causing this odor? So now she is a chemical expert in odors and reactions to the mixture of their soap, therefore I caused this problem! The Tesla was only 9days new with only 9miles and now has an odor I cannot get rid of! Here are my vehicles! 2024 Tesla 2020 Toyota 2013 Ford
