Hitchman Auto Tint & Accessories

I paid $80 for a Groupon covering 5 windows, but when I arrived, they informed me that my car would cost extra due to the smaller window sections. I ended up paying an additional $235 for an upgraded tint and a visor on the windshield, totaling $310. The demo they showed for heat reduction made the upgrade seem worth it.However, after receiving my car, I noticed mini bubbles on most windows. They assured me these would disappear in three weeks, but six weeks later, the bubbles were still there. Upon closer inspection, I saw dust and fibers trapped under the tint. I returned to the shop, and the gentleman at the front agreed that the visor and back passenger window needed to be redone. He said some bubbles are normal and set up an appointment for a fix.When I returned, I explained the issues to another gentleman at the counter, who seemed dismissive and only acknowledged what was previously noted. The tint tech tried his best to remove bubbles from the other areas, but they still exist since fibers and dust are trapped under the tint. While the replacement was better, it still wasn't perfect. The tech seemed rushed, possibly because he was the only installer handling multiple cars.The main issue is the dismissive attitude of the front desk staff. While I understand that imperfections can happen, a more attentive and caring approach would have resulted in a higher rating. Had great experience. Good communication. Found a coupon on grupon and called the store and they gave me a fair deal . 2 front windows of yukon for $70 tax included . Took 20 minutes
