The reviews are accurate, Prime did an AMAZING job on the repairs and Jacob was phenomenal as well as easy to work with. He handled ALL additional negotiations with my insurance and delivered over the top customer service keeping me updated and communicating promptly, would 100% recommend their services to anybody that is in need of them. Prime collision was very Professional from the word go. Matt and the staff were very friendly and communication was great. Matt called me a couple times during the work to let me know how things were going. I have a Dodge Viper that they repaired a broken front fender and some rock chips. Also a small dent on the rear bumper. When he needed to change the game plan on the rear bumper, he reached out and got my consent to proceed instead of just doing it. That kind of communication makes the me feel good about who I entrusted by car too. Great job!!!
