Just got a new BMW and wanted to get window film to reduce the heat and paint protection film so we don't get rock chips on the front of the car. A Better Tint stood out as the best installer in the area. We decided to get the 3M ceramic tint because it rejects a ton of heat and because it looks great on the car. We also had them put 3M paint protection film on the whole front half of the car so we don't get rock chips anywhere on the front part of the car. We also did the door edges and door cups so we don't get scratches from everyday use. You literally can't tell the film is on the car, it looks amazing!!! Was very happy with the work A Better Tint did, Eric and the team did an amazing job including walking me around the car to talk about coverage options and tint options that would work best for us. I'm a 3M Crystalline enthusiast. On May 20th, I installed Crystalline at "A Better Tint", a 3M pro shop in Arizona. The experience at this 3M Pro Shop was the worst than any other 3M Dealer experience. My request is to install with the highest quality. I asked the best technicians in this shop to take charge of my car. Therefore, after washing the car, I left the car for two days. I checked by phone and went to pick it up at the designated date and time, but it wasn't done. I've been waiting for a while. The car with 3M Crystalline installed was finished, and when I checked it, there were a lot of bubbles and gaps, and I had to start over again. The staff says that the bubbles will disappear in two weeks, but in my experience they are not the ones that will disappear. Also, I found a place where the film with the 3M logo was installed. From the experience of installing 3M Crystalline many times, there are no bubbles or gaps in the installation of the best professional technicians. Regardless of vehicle type. The inside of the car was polluted and the windows remained dirty. And the interior of the car was damaged and damaged. I really don't want to get involved in this store. I don't want a store that has damaged a customer's car and has no apology to touch my car. I want you to repair the damaged part of my car. Please refund. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. The website says that 3M Pro Shop has the best experience, but Arizona has only the worst installation and my time-consuming experience. 3M Crystalline should have lifetime compensation, but when I checked with the staff, I said that I don't have a compensation card and I'll receive an email, but I haven't received anything. I hope this problem will be resolved as soon as possible, but I also don't want to spend my time anymore.
